Conversion of a Hotel into Student Residences

QMD performed the full conversion of a hotel into student residences in downtown Montreal, at 410 Sherbrooke West. Work included: removing precast concrete panels and replacing curtain walls, upgrading the main entrance, renovating 180 apartments, bringing up to standard the entire fire safety and surveillance systems, upgrading the elevators, and performing essential construction work on the concrete slabs in the underground garage.
